If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your Tyre Glider, or if in the unfortunate event that your Tyre Glider is faulty, we’re happy to offer you your money back or a replacement.
Non-Faulty Goods
- If you need to return your Tyre Glider, we’ll happily offer a refund as long as this is within 28 days of delivery.
- You’ll need to return your item unused and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please contact our team at info@tyreglider.co.uk within 28 days of delivery to arrange return. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 3 working days.
- At Tyre Glider we praise our commitment to our carbon footprint and reducing paper waste, therefore your email order number will serve as your proof of purchase and will need to be included in any correspondence.
- We recommend you use a trackable service and getting proof of postage when returning the item.
Faulty Goods

- We recommend you use a tracking delivery service and proof of postage when returning the item.
- Please try to use the original packaging when sending your item back and ensure return is securely packaged.
Please note:
- For all returns not found faulty, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs however, if you’re returning a Tyre Glider found to be faulty, we’ll refund the delivery postage paid once we’ve received the item and checked the fault.
- Please note initial return costs made are at the customers’ own expense.
- Please keep your proof of postage until we’ve confirmed your refund has been processed.
- Tyre Glider cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during return.
- We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.
- Any faulty or damaged Tyre Gliders, refund will be at the discretion of the Management Team
- If fault is agreed, we will happily refund your payment onto the card you paid with or, if we are able to, offer an exchange
- It’s at Tyre Gliders discretion whether to accept a return if you don’t have proof of purchase.
- Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

- Right to cancel
All customers have the right to cancel their orders under The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.
