If you change your mind and decide you no longer want your Tyre Glider, or if in the unfortunate event that your Tyre Glider is faulty, we’re happy to offer you your money back or a replacement.

Non-Faulty Goods

• If you need to return your Tyre Glider, we’ll happily offer a refund as long as this is within 28 days of delivery.
• You’ll need to return your item unused and in their original packaging along with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
• Please contact our team at info@tyreglider.co.uk within 28 days of delivery to arrange return. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 3 working days.
• At Tyre Glider we praise our commitment to our carbon footprint and reducing paper waste, therefore your email order number will serve as your proof of purchase and will need to be included in any correspondence.

• We recommend you use a trackable service and getting proof of postage when returning the item.

Faulty Goods

• We recommend you use a tracking delivery service and  proof of postage when returning the item.

• Please try to use the original packaging when sending your item back and ensure return is securely packaged.

Please note:

• For all returns not found faulty, the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs however, if you’re returning a Tyre Glider found to be faulty, we’ll refund the delivery postage paid once we’ve received the item and checked the fault.
• Please note initial return costs made are at the customers’ own expense.
• Please keep your proof of postage until we’ve confirmed your refund has been processed.
• Tyre Glider cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss during return.
• We recommend using a trackable service and obtaining proof of postage.
• Any faulty or damaged Tyre Gliders, refund will be at the discretion of the Management Team
• If fault is agreed, we will happily refund your payment onto the card you paid with or, if we are able to, offer an exchange
• It’s at Tyre Gliders discretion whether to accept a return if you don’t have proof of purchase.
• Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

Tyre Glider should be used correctly following instructions supplied via the website and social media channels. Tyre Glider is used at your own risk.  Tyre Glider Limited can not be held responsible for any damage, accident or injury arising from use of the product Tyre Glider.

4. Right to cancel

All customers have the right to cancel their orders under The Distance Selling Regulations which gives consumers extra protection when buying online. Specific legislation here that applies is regulation of The Distance Selling Regulations.

You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error, or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any of the following goods:

for the supply of goods the price of which is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the retailer.
for the supply of good made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software if they are unsealed by you.
for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines.
for gaming, betting or lottery services.

All notices you send us must be sent to the contact details on this site Contact – Trade – Tyre Glider . We may give notice to you at either the email or postal address you provide to us when making a purchase. (Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an email is sent or three days after the date of posting of any letter.)
