Fitted two new 700x35c Schwalbe Marathon Plus tyres using my new Tyre Glider - worked great. Removed the old tyres too. Struggled getting a tyre on after fixing a puncture a couple of weeks previously. My 69yo hands aren't as strong as they used to be...

Recent purchase, but just put into use. Replaced the Continental Gatorskin on an Aerospoke rim. Having watched the instructional video, it was very straightforward to use. It was the fastest tire change I've ever done. Outstanding product, will be recommending it to my cycling groups.

I bought this to get my marathon plus tyres changed after spending an hour grunting and swearing with tyre levers and arthritic thumbs previously. In short, this is brilliant! On and off in a minute after watching the video. I design machines and products for a living and I've got at least a dozen patents to my name so when I say this thing is amazing...... For a tenner, just get it, best bang for your buck you'll ever spend on bike related stuff. Well done to the designer and best of luck going forward.

Changing tyres/tubes on my road bike has always been a pig of a job for me, with scuffed knuckles and lost tempers. Cant believe how much easier the tyre glider makes it. Just watched the easy to follow video and the job was done in about 5 mins without any swearing. Great design and worth every penny. Thankyou

A great tool that hasn’t failed me whether needed for a road, gravel or dirt tyre.

I have an 16” 349 Schawalbe Marathon Plus on Sunday Ringle CR-18 rim which is a bit larger than normal rim for Brompton bicycle. It was very very hard to fit the tire on to the rim and to remove it. I decided to order tyre glider and it is a great tool to help me fitting and removing this tire and rim combination.

Excellent tool,prevents marking your wheels and makes it much easier to remove your tyres, very easy to use, highly recommended 👍

Easy to use and saved my hands. I had been struggling for years when changing road tyres especially with the tubeless ready rims and tyres. The Tyre Glider works well and is so much quicker than previously using bruit strength and old tyre levers.

I have no doubt that without the Tyre Glider I would not have been able to replace my tyres. In fact it was so challenging that I broke one Tyre Glider - fortunately I had bought 2 to have one as a backup. I do not regard this as a negative - it shows how difficult it is to get some tyres onto modern bike rims

First time I tried the tyre glider, I found removing the tyre much easier.

Makes tyre removal and replacement far easier than using conventional tyre levers which have a tendency to snap. Lightweight, small and robust so ideal for cycle touring and bike packing.

A fantastic piece of kit that makes getting tyres on and off a rim a doddle in comparison to old-fashioned tyre levers. I've had call recently to use the gadget three times, twice for my son's bike and once for my own, the latter in pouring rain and with bloody hands following a minor accident and in every case getting the tyre on and off was made simple by this device.Brilliant design.

Only four stars because I haven't yet used it for an emergency puncture repair out in the wild. At home I was able to take off a tight tyre and put it back on with no difficulty. Initially you wonder how this little piece of oddly shaped plastic could do anything useful. Watch the video on the website and you soon realise which end is which! Important to loosen the tyre first and press it over firmly so you can get the hook of the glider under the edge of the tyre and then lever it over the rim. After that removal and replacement was a doddle.

I was prepared to be a little sceptical but it really does work! Took off and refitted my Vittoria Saffiro tyre, which had one side fixed to the rim of my Boardman bike. In the past, I had to go to the shop to get them to do it as I was loath to use tyre irons for fear of damaging the inner tube. The video is brilliant and I really appreciate it being done with such a tricky tyre type and in the rainy outdoors rather than in a warm studio. For really tricky refits and for those of us without strong thumbs, I would recommend two things – 1. Aim to start and end at the valve and 2. Squeeze the tyre so its rim is lying at the lowest point of the frame rim. This made a huge difference. Off to my local bike shop to recommend they now stock it!

Picked up my first Tyre Glider a few years back at the Welsh CX Champs and have not looked back since! All the cyclists in the house (three of us!), have at least one and it is the go-to tool for getting those pesky Challenge handmade CX tyres on! So simple but soooo effective! Do yourself a favour - and get one!
